BBC highlights the Stara protagonism in the precision agriculture

The British network has produced a series of episodes about the technological innovations in the agriculture.
The journalistic content reinforces the challenge that the agribusiness sector has to feed the world population, which is forecast to reach 10 billion people until 2050.
The report highlighted the Stara as one of the protagonists in the development of technologies for precision agriculture. The Stara CEO, Gilson Trennepohl, received the BBC team in the company headquarters in Não-Me-Toque city, RS – Brazil. He presented all the innovation present as Stara industrial park.
The machine and equipments performance quality were captured by the BBC cameras on field, and presented to the whole world. “We should dream everyday, keeping a constant evolution. We will produce food to the world, I have no questions about it”, says Gilson Trennepohl.
The technology helps the producer to make better decisions, in a more precise and decisive way. Moreover, Stara stands beside the farmer, developing machines with technology that contribute to his noble mission of producing more and more food for the world’s population.
